The superior holiday apartments at Tenerife Sun Club are situated in Costa del Silencio, Tenerife. A lovely pebble beach can be found 2km away in Las Galletas.The peaceful and quiet resort of Costa del Silencio is adjacent to the lovely resort of Chayofa and is located in the south of Tenerife, sharing its scenery, nightlife and tourist attractions this is much the same resort, just a little quieter. Situated 300 metres above sea level this beautiful village has some amazing panoramic views over the hills of Tenerife, sea and some of the main tourist resorts of the island, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.
This elite little village has the best of both worlds, it is peaceful and quiet getting you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, although close by is the main tourist hub and brilliant nightlife. There are several beaches close by to the resort, including small and secluded or long stretches of white fine sand. Most are child friendly, with watersports, ringo's paragliding and banana boats, along the shore and bars and restaurants along the edge of the sand.
The superior holiday apartments at Tenerife Sun Club in Tenerife are situated in the quiet resort of Costa del Silencio, an established and rapidly expanding vacation destination on the sunny south coast of Tenerife.
The Club comprises of 45 units. Studios H153 and H156 sleep two on a sofa bed; studios D6 and D17 sleep four with twin beds and a double sofa bed. One bedroom apartments can all accommodate a maximum of four persons with twin beds or double bed and a sofa bed. Units N361, N362 and N347 are classed a 1.5 beds, and sleep six with twin beds, bunk beds and a sofa bed. Apartments with two bedrooms can accommodate up to six people. All apartments possess a fully equipped kitchenette, all of which have been recently refurbished to a high standard. All units have ceiling fans, clock, radios and hairdryers. Apartments are cleaned and linen changed every two/three days.
On site, there is an attractive swimming pool area, including a small acclimatised pool, a section for children and spacious sun bathing terraces. In the vicinity of the Club there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket. In addition, staff at the Tenerife Sun Club Reception, are on hand to advise on sightseeing and arrange excursions and car hire.
Reina Sofia 11km.
Tenerife South (Reina Sofia), is the nearest airport, eleven kilometers from Costa del Silencio (approximately seven miles).
Taxi - Ask for Parque Don José. The fare should be in the region of 15 to 20 Euros.
Directions to Tenerife Sun Club (From 07 Feb 08) due to road works
From the airport, follow TF1 motorway sign for Los Cristianos. Take the first exit off the motorway. Follow the signs for Los Abrigos, Las Galletas, not San Miguel. Turn right at the roundabout and right at the next one. Follow signs for TF655 (Guargacho/Las Galletas). Follow the road for approximately 2kms. Turn left at the sign for Las Galletas (TF652). Approximately 3kms down this road, you will pass through Guargacho and see a sign on your left for Costa del Silencio, ignore this sign and continue on the main road for approximately 5kms until you see the Shell Station on your left. Take your second turning on the left next to Tenbel Tower and continue up this road for approximately 300 metres to a junction. Continue over the junction and take the first turning left signposted Calle Hercules. The Reception in 250 metres along on the right next to the bar Tenerife Sun.
