Sunshine Estates Villa in Belek, Turkey is a magnificent property close to all amenities. Located in a quiet area this property is ideal for a golfing holiday with fourteen courses within easy travelling distance. Kadriye town is only a fifteen minute walk from the property with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. A car is useful for exploring all this lovely area has to offer.

This property is only 1km from the beach, 1km from town, 1km from golf courses and 0.3 km from a supermarket. Numerous activities can be enjoyed in the area including horse riding, watersports, quad biking, sailing, boating, wind surfing, fishing and historic sites to explore. Sunshine Estates Villa in Belek, Turkey is a lovely, air conditioned, four bedroom property to accommodate eight guests, with a private outdoor swimming pool situated in its own grounds. The four bedrooms include a double bedroom and three twin bedrooms, one of the bedrooms having ensuite facilities. The property also has a single sofa bed, a double sofa bed, two bathrooms and three wcs. The Villa is fully equipped with a satellite/cable television, dvd, music system that will play cds. There is room for eight guests in the living room and six guests in the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided. A roof terrace is available for barbeques and sunbathing, with wonderful views of the Taurus mountains.

The Villa is in a very quiet area with a private north facing outdoor swimming pool, a south facing garden and a north facing patio area and balcony. There is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
