Property Location: Sunset Lodge is situated in the exclusive Glenbrook Resort, about ten minutes drive from Disney World.
Distance from town: The villa is on the edge of the Greater Orlando area. It has its own private pool and Jacuzzi. There are two 24 hour pharmacies and two large supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive. Along highway 192 there are many more shops and restaurants.
Area activities: All the attractions in the Orlando area including Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are within an easy drive. There are several golf courses in the area and the beaches are about an hour away either to the east or west.
Style of property: Sunset Lodge is a spacious newly built villa in a development of similar properties. Everything is brand new and to a high standard.
Furnishings & decorations: Modern and luxurious furnishings in the Florida style.
Outlook & views: The property overlooks an open grassed area to the rear.
Principle rooms: This executive villa is air conditioned throughout and features four bedrooms, two ensuite and a further family bathroom. All bedrooms have a television. The family room contains two sofas and an armchair, a dining area, a large screen TV with a DVD/VCR player and Playstation 2. There is a fully fitted kitchen, a separate living room with a formal dining table, lounge area and a laundry room.
Outside living areas: Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio, pool and Jacuzzi, with outdoor tables, chairs and loungers.
Pool heating (optional, but recommended from October to April) £85; cleaning charge £40 per rental. There is also a returnable security deposit of £200. These charges are payable direct to the owners.

Sunset Lodge is located on the Glenbrook Resort in Florida. The property is located just off Highway 27 about one mile north off the 192.
