The lovely holiday cottages, Sunnyhill Holiday Homes are situated in Kenmare, County Kerry. Kenmare is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry, as it is set between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe, The Ring of Kerry and The Ring of Beara. Sunnyhill Holiday Homes are located just a five minute stroll from Kenmare town centre. These brand new semi-detached houses are on a site overlooking Kenmare and its surrounding hills and mountains. Kenmare is about thirty minutes drive from a host of fabulous sandy beaches. There is good fishing on the Lakes in the Caha Mountains and the Black Valley. Pony trekking is a popular way to explore this lovely area. Other activities include waterskiing, kayaking, quad bike riding and bicycle hire.
The superior holiday cottages at Sunnyhill Holiday Homes in County Kerry, Ireland each have their own private and beautifully landscaped garden, the perfect setting from where to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery that Kenmare is world renowned for.
Each two storey house is designed to the very highest standards, combining both luxury and practicality. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an open fireplace, tv and very cosy suite of furniture. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.
Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with ensuite facilities and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, hand basin, shower and bath.
Secure parking is provided for each house. The houses are heated with electric central heating and there are storage heaters in each room. In addition, all bed linen and towels are provided. Small pets are accepted on a request only basis with an additional cleaning charge of €30 payable on site.

To reach Sunnyhill Holiday Homes in Kenmare, County Kerry, Ireland from Limerick, take the N22 to Castleisland. Continue on the N23 to Farranfore. Then take the N22 to Killarney and at the first roundabout, turn left onto the Ring Road for Cork. Continue towards Cork for approximately twelve miles. Turn right onto the R569 for Kenmare, travellers from Cork turn left onto the R569.
Alternatively, travellers from Killarney can take the N71 Scenic Ring of Kerry Road to Kenmare. Once in the centre of Kenmare, turn right at the Post Office. Continue through the crossroads keeping Quills shop to your right. Travel past the main church in Kenmare. Follow the road which veers around to your left. The houses are located on the right hand side of the road.
