Set in a private cul-de-sac on the small exclusive Lemon Grove complex with communal pool, this recently built ground floor apartment is fully air conditioned & furnished. A ten minute walk will take you to Polis square where you will find traditional tavernas, bars, restaurants and shops - all greeting you with a warm, Cypriot welcome. A 5 minute drive will take you to the beautiful Latchi beaches. Golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling, tennis, walking, parascending, horse riding, jet ski, go-karting, aqua park, trekking, snorkelling, swimming, sea fishing. Golf is among the many local activities available with 3 courses within shortish driving distance - Tsada (30 mins), Secret Valley and Aphrodite hills (less than 1 hour). With beaches at Polis and the fishing town of Latchi, a short drive round the beautiful Akamas Peninsula will take you to the Baths of Aphrodite - named after Aphrodite the goddess of Cyprus.
There are 2 bedrooms: one double and 1 twin. An extra sofa bed can additionally accommodate 1 or 2 people. There is one bathroom in the apartment. Living area can seat up to 5 and has TV, CD player, DVD. Dining table and chairs for 6. Kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron & board, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The apartment is fully air conditioned & there are room heaters for winter time. House linen and towels are provided. Maid service. Outdoors: garden, extended patio, washing line, parking, communal pool, patio/garden furniture & sun loungers.
Paphos 60km
From airport...drive upto main rd ( few mins ) turn left to Paphos. Approx 1-2 km turn right onto motorway to Paphos. ( if you miss this turn off, carry on straight , will still make Paphos, then look for Polis signs).
Off motorway you come onto large roundabout, miss first left, through traffic lights(on roundabout) 200m another set of lights...straight through.
Drive straight, over small mini roundabout, follow any signs to Polis ( straight rd) Eventually come to junction onto another main rd...turn right.
This is main rd from Paphos to Polis..carry on straight ..approx 35mins...through all villages.
Polis is end of line....as you enter Polis you will pass petrol station on left ( EKO )..further250m turn left towards Latchi. Drive approx 400m past E&S supermarket and then small Bridge supermarket...further 50m turn left ( small turning) ( has Maispa Developers sign)..no Lemon Grove sign!
Drive past new villas ..enter Lemon Grove Complex.
