The property is located in Sidmouth, Devon in a quiet cul-de-sac, just ten minutes walk from the town centre, fifteen minutes to the sea front, and just a few minutes walk to the Byes, a long park running right through the centre of Sidmouth.
An ideal base for discovering this lovely part of Devon. Sidmouth is a lovely seaside town with numerous shops, restaurants and bars. It is renowned in the summer months for its glorious gardens and floral displays.
The Property has been newly refurbished and is light, airy and spacious. The house is in a terrace of five, in a friendly and quiet location.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, living room and a toilet and basin. Television and video, DVD player and Freeview digital TV included. A high chair is also included.
There is also a second reception room or fourth bedroom with double bed settee. On the first floor is bedroom 1 with a double bed, cot and folding bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, Bedroom 3 has a four foot bed, suitable as a double or a single. There is also a bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower. Duvets and pillows are provided, but not linen.
There is a patio at the back of the property with steps leading to the garden and a garage for one car. There is usually parking space in the road behind the house and also to park and unload in front of the house. Please note, there are steps up to the front door and therefore this property is unsuitable for wheelchair access. Well behaved dogs are welcome. No smoking please inside the house.
