Sea Paradise Apartment complex in Bulgaria has a great beachfront location in one of the few unspoilt areas on the Black sea coast, named Byalata Laguna, White Lagoon. A picturesque narrow road leads you to Balchik town centre, 6km away.
The apartment complex is perfectly situated 50 metres from a wide strip of sandy beach with sun umbrellas, sun lounges and a lifeguard. There is a great small restaurant and a beach bar in front of the complex.
Nearby Balchik is a historic seaside resort with sandy beaches, a lovely promenade, market and many restaurants, some of which are set on platforms over the lapping warm waters. Balchik is also a fishing port and has moorings for yachts.
Sea View Apartment in Byalata Laguna, Bulgaria is a spacious, one bedroom apartment located on the third floor of the building with lovely views towards the sea. The open plan living room and kitchen has new and stylish furniture with a folding double sofa bed, offering accommodation for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, extractor, oven, toaster and kettle. There is also a breakfast bar with two chairs and a balcony with patio furniture. In the bedroom is a double bed, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is the shower room with a shower cubicle.
Please note, there is construction work in front of the apartment until May 2008 and the swimming pool, in front of the complex, will not be functional until summer 2008. For an extra charge, guests at the Sea Paradise complex will be able to use the outdoor swimming pool and the sun loungers.
A damage deposit is required of €200, payable on the arrival date and fully refundable on departure, if no damages are made to the property.
