Two miles off Highway 192, the Villa also has easy access to all theme parks, shopping malls, golf courses and Orlando International Airport.
Sambu Villa in Florida, USA is a fully air conditioned spacious, executive property furnished to a high standard, situated on Orange Tree Resort on the US 27. The Villa sleeps 6-8 guests in three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the den area.
Accommodation comprises of master bedroom suite, which is a luxury American king sized bed and bedroom suite with large walk-in closet. tv, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer provided. French doors open out onto the lanai, pool and spa area. The ensuite offers shower cubicle and features a roman oval bath, twin washbasins in a built-in vanity unit and toilet/wc. Bedroom two is a luxury queen sized bed and bedroom suite with walk-in closet, tv, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer provided. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and vanity unit and toilet/wc. Bedroom three has two single beds and walk-in closet, tv, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer. The adjacent bathroom has a washbasin and vanity unit, shower over bath and toilet/wc.
The living room, to the front of the house, has a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and coffee tables. The formal dining room is light and airy with a table and seating for six guests. The family room offers a tastefully furnished lounge area with a three seater sofa, two seater love seat and armchair, coffee tables, lamps, cable tv with theatre VCR/DVD/CD surround sound system and video/DVD library, with direct access to the lanai/pool through patio doors. The den contains a sofa bed to sleeps two, TV, VCR/DVD, PlayStation2 and games, toys and computer with free broadband internet access. The fully equipped centrally located gourmet kitchen has a full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener sandwich maker, waffle maker, food processor, electric grill and telephone. All crockery and cutlery provided is sufficient to cater for eight guests. A table and four chairs provide a perfect breakfast and occasional eating area, also with direct access to the lanai/pool area. The laundry room has a large washing machine and separate dryer, with ironing board and iron. The air conditioned games room, has a pool table, air-hockey, table football, netball game and electronic darts board. Also provided are books, toys, videos, DVDs and PlayStation2 with games for all ages. Infants are also catered for with, Pack ’N’ Play cot/crib, complete with linen, highchair, stroller and crockery.
The Pool/Hot Tub/Lanai area includes a fully screened, private 13 foot by 26 foot heated pool with covered patio/lanai. Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any insects. We have also provided for your enjoyment a waterfall hot tub. Eating alfresco is a must with a choice of cooking on a gas or charcoal barbeque.There are smoke detectors in all bedrooms and emergency exit lighting. A 24 hour management company will be able to answer any questions and ensure the Villa is maintained to the highest standard.
Onsite activities include tennis and basketball courts, children’s playground and a beautiful five and a half acre park.
