Saint Patrick Villa 5 in Rogachevo, Bulgaria is a magnificent detached, fully air conditioned Villa on a complex of five detached holiday villas with a communal outdoor swimming pool with children's section. There is ample parking at this property for two cars and a house security system is also available.
The Villa is on two floors with approximately 260 sq. m. of living space. On the ground floor is a spacious living area with Satellite television and fireplace. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and a dining table to seat eight comfortably.
On the ground and the first floor are the four double bedrooms. The cosy sofa in the lounge area can easily be transformed into a double sofa bed, which raises the sleeping capacity to ten guests. There are also three shower rooms, a Jacuzzi bath located in one of the shower rooms and a sauna.
A damage deposit is required of €200, payable on the arrival date and fully refundable on departure, if no damages are made to the property.
