Saint Patrick Villa 1 in Rogachevo, Bulgaria is a magnificent detached, fully air conditioned Villa on a complex of five detached holiday villas with a communal outdoor swimming pool with children's section and a garden restaurant with open air terrace.
Saint Patrick Villa 1 has a large living area on the ground floor, which comprises of a comfortable lounge corner with a large screen television and fireplace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and oven with electric hob. The dining area will comfortably seat eight and there is also a large verandah with table and chairs. A small wc is located on the ground floor.
On the second floor are the three separate bedrooms, each being comfortably furnished with a double bed, 14' television, wardrobe and a dressing table. There is also a shower room and an ensuite bathroom on the second floor.
A damage deposit is required of €200, payable on the arrival date and fully refundable on departure, if no damages are made to the property.
