Property Location: Pregge Mill in Wales is situated on the edge of Crickhowell overlooking the town, affording superb views of the surrounding hills.
Distance from town: Equi-distant between Brecon and Abergavenny, six miles.
Outlook & views: Magnificent panoramic views over a beautiful valley of the surrounding Brecon Beacon mountains.
Area activities: Hill walking, mountain biking, caving, rock climbing, horse riding, fishing, canoeing and surrounded by fine restaurants; 45 minutes from the west coast.
Pregge Mill in Crickhowell, Wales is luxuriously appointed throughout with fitted carpets, oak flooring and comfortable furniture. There is a ground floor double bedroom opening out onto a patio garden with deck chairs. The bathroom and shower are adjacent to the bedroom, with low level toilet and matching vanity unit with electric shower, and shavers' point. Also on the ground floor is the living room with wall units, colour television and video. This room leads via a feature spiral staircase to a large 40ft lounge area with views an every side overlooking the whole town and surrounding mountains. One of the three double settees opens out into a double divan. Tuner and cassette hi-fi units are also found in this room. The kitchen area comprises of an electric hob, sink/drainer, refrigerator, freezer, combination oven/grill microwave oven, and dining furniture.
The whole area is centrally heated at no extra cost. Hot water for the shower and kitchen are also inclusive. Linen, towels, and all cooking utensils including pots and pans, cutlery is provided. An iron is provided, as is a baby's cot and highchair on request. Babysitting is available by prior arrangement, as is a food parcel and milk delivery. In the drying room there is a washing machine available, at a small charge to cover costs.
