Situated amongst pine woods and sand dunes with two & a half kilometres of sandy beach frontage, the Praia D'El Rey Golf & Country Club is an ideal base to enjoy many of the leisure facilities this five star resort has to offer. These include the 18 hole championship golf course, driving range and clubhouse with bar, lounge and games room. Tennis centre with seven all weather multi sport courts. A children’s activity playground is also located near the clubhouse. Water sports, including surfing and sea fishing locally, with the opportunity to windsurf, paraglide, sail & paddle in the more tranquil waters of the lagoon (ideal for very small children), in neighbouring Obidos. Horse riding & mountain bike hire can be booked & there are countryside & cliff top paths along the unspoilt coastline. Day trips from Peniche to the National Park at the Berlengas islands can be taken in the summer.
This spacious three bedroom apartment sleeps eight people in comfort. Furnished to high standard throughout with all the facilities you would expect for a relaxing holiday.
The fully fitted kitchen has a wide selection of appliances including oven, washer, dryer and dishwasher.
There are three bedrooms with additional sleeping arrangements in the lounge.

A £100 security deposit (refundable) is required, which should be paid direct to the owners upon confirmation.

FROM LISBON AIRPORT
1. As you leave the airport you will come to a large roundabout with traffic lights. Take the first available right off this roundabout. (Signed 2a Circular). This will bring you up onto an urban motorway. Within 1.5 kms you will pick up the blue motorway signs indicating the A8 to Loures/Leiria. Follow this.
2. Keep on this motorway for approximately 73 kms picking up signs for Torres Vedras, Lourinha, Bombarral, Peniche, Obidos and Caldas da Rainha. Leave the A8 at Exit 14 for the IP6 signed Peniche. Then leave the IP6 at the first exit signed Serra D’El Rei. At the roundabout take the first left towards Serra D’El Rei.
3. Follow this road for 9 kms until you reach the village of Serra D'El Rei. Turn right in the centre. There is a large blue panel indicating Praia D'El Rey. Follow this road for 1.5kms and take a right turn signed Praia D'El Rey. Follow this road for 4kms, which will bring you to the resort main entrance.
4. When travelling the motorway you will go through some Toll Booths. At the first you must stop (right hand lane) and pick up a ticket. At the second Toll Booth you must stop (right hand lane) and pay in cash (No Credit Cards) If you do not stop at both Toll Booths, you will be fined.
