Peyregras Bas in France is located in the lovely tourist area of the Perigord, close to the Dordogne with castles, rivers for canoeing, medieval villages, markets galore, festivals, vineyards, museums and beautiful countryside.
The property is located 3kms from the historic and picturesque 13th century bastide town of Villereal, which is a tourist location with all amenities including post office, supermarkets, hotel, restaurants, bars, tourist office, church and horse racing course.
The area is renowned for peace and relaxation, wine tasting and dining out or activities on the rivers Dordogne, Vezere or Lot. There is also a horse riding centre in the nearby village of Mazieres Naresse.
Peyregras Bas in Mazieres-Naresse France is a wonderful 17th Century farmhouse, carefully modernised to retain its original character, while providing all modern amenities. The house dating from the seventeenth century was formerly the home of a wheelwright. It has been carefully renovated to preserve as many of the original features as possible. It is a spacious house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate six guests comfortably.

There is a lovely covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs, accessible from the master bedroom or the front door. There is a small fenced area around the house for child security, the large garden being unfenced with a plum orchard. This lovely property enjoys wonderful countryside views.

Peyregras Bas is situated in Mazieres-Naresse, France. Follow the Bergerac to Issigeac road, then Issigeac to Villereal. Just before Villereal take the road on the right signed Doudrac and Mazieres.
