Peyia Paradise is located at Peyia in Cyprus, a lovely village where whitewashed houses are set against a backdrop of hills with the Mediterranean at their feet. A relaxed pace of life makes this the perfect place to enjoy at any time of the year.
Evenings are a perfect time to return to the centre of the village, when the many cafes and restaurants in the central square come to life and you can enjoy a balmy Cypriot evening amongst the friendly and hospitable locals. There is a lovely recently refurbished, picturesque Byzantine church to explore in the centre of the village.
The property is only a ten minute drive from the vibrant town of Paphos and only 2km from lovely Coral Bay.
Peyia Paradise in Cyprus is a lovely south facing townhouse situated in a small development in the peaceful, charming village of Peyia.
The property was refurbished in 2006 and is well equipped with a fully equipped modern kitchen and includes air conditioning in all rooms.
The property is on two floors, on the ground floor is the lounge with sofa bed, television with freesat sky and a dvd player. There is a separate kitchen/dining area, wc, storeroom and two verandas. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with a veranda and a bathroom. All rooms are good sized and the property can accommodate six guests.
There is an external veranda/raised patio area at the front with steps leading to a paved pathway leading to the communal outdoor swimming pool. The swimming pool can be seen from the front bedroom veranda, along with beautiful sea and mountain views. The property also has its own dedicated parking bay in the adjacent car park.
Pets will be accepted providing they are properly managed at all times.
