Property Location: Pelican Park Apartment is a 15 minute drive from Estepona, it is a well appointed apartment overlooking the communal outdoor swimming pool and the attractive gardens of the complex.
Distance from town: Lovely Puerto Banus is only a ten minute drive from the property and there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. There is also a good local bus service.
Area activities: Excellent for family holidays, relaxing around the outdoor swimming pool or for more active holidays. The Tennis Club and Bowling Green are nearby and the property is only 800m from the beach. Selwo Safari Park is a 5km drive and the El Paraiso Golf Course is only 2km away. Inland there is excellent walking around the white villages. Gibraltar and Ronda are also easily reached.
For the golf enthusiasts El Paraiso Golf Club is only 2km away and Los Flamingos, Monte Mayor, Guadalmina and both Old and New Atalaya are also nearby. There are many other excellent golf courses within easy reach. Facilities are available locally to book tee times at all the major golf clubs on the Costa del Sol. For less serious players a 9-hole course is located only a few kilometres at Coto de la Serena. Here clubs may be hired and there is no requirement to pre book tee times.

The apartment is double glazed throughout. A cot and high chair can be provided, if required, for a small extra charge and a welcome pack is available on request.
Outside living areas: Sliding patio doors lead to a balcony with outdoor table and six chairs.
