The apartment at Parque Santiago 11 in Playa de las Americas is close to shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and nightlife. There is a walkway on the beachfront that leads in many directions including Los Cristianos, Fanabe, Torviscas and Adeje. The beach is only fifty yards from the complex and there are two supermarkets located on site. Numerous golf courses are situated in the south of the Island.
Playa de las Americas has entertainment for all ages including tennis courts, amusement arcades, bowling, water parks, go carting and all sorts of watersports can be arranged from the beaches, from jet skiing and windsurfing to scuba diving and banana rides. Horse and camel riding can be arranged nearby. Boat trips leave regularly and bottlenose dolphins and whales are often seen. Other popular excursions include a trip to the capital, Santa Cruz and to the Mount Teide National Park.
The apartment at Parque Santiago 11 in Playa de las Americas is a beautifully refurbished two bedroom, ground floor, duplex apartment located on the Parque Santiago II Complex. The ground floor comprises of a newly fitted shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and through lounge with satellite TV, DVD, CD player and enclosed patio terrace area. The first floor has two bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and the other with two single beds, with room to accommodate a z bed. The apartment has a beautifully modernized bathroom with overhead shower. The enclosed lighted patio area to the ground floor is furnished with sun loungers and patio furniture and smoking is allowed in this area.
This apartment is situated within a family orientated complex with 24 hour security. It is central to all amenities, has an outdoor swimming pool with pool bar/cafe and is only fifty yards from the beach. There is a safe available in the apartment for your valuables, a refundable deposit is required for the key. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Arrangements can be made to hire cots, highchairs and airport transfers with the owner of the apartment.
