Paradise Lodge in Southern Bulgaria is surrounded by the magnificent Blue Mountains. Sliven is nestled at the foot of a mountain range and is a beautiful town just ten minutes drive from the property. Sliven boasts a nature park in the mountains, accessible by a chairlift from the town and also by road. This beautiful park is a paradise for bird watchers, walkers and also has a lake for fishing. In the winter months there is a connection to the ski huts for skiers, snow boarders, snow shoe walking and winter sports. Sliven is renowned for its clean mountain air and the area is perfect for ramblers, walkers, mountain climbing, paragliding and a golf course can also be found just ten minutes drive away.
The town of Sliven, has many bars, restaurants, a rock and roll club playing retro, funk and reggae music, traditional markets, shops and museums. The Sliven Museum of History, Museum of Revival Arts, the Hadzhi Dimitur House Museum, the Drama Theatre and the Puppet Theatre are just a few of the many attractions. A most attractive spot to visit is the old century elm tree Stariya Bryast.
Sliven also has a railway and a bus station and is on the main Sofia to Bourgas highway. Just a few kms away are the Sliven Mineral Baths where a health giving spa bath and massage can be enjoyed.
Paradise Lodge in the village of Nikaelovo Sliven in Southern Bulgaria is a lovely detached lodge with gardens of nearly half an acre. The lodge is spacious and comfortable and can accommodate up to eight guests. The property has a traditionally decorated lounge with wood burning stove and radiators throughout, large kitchen, bathroom with corner bath and hydro massaging shower in the upstairs shower room. The lodge has two spacious double rooms, a spacious twin room and sleeping for an extra two guests on the bed settees in the lounge area. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are supplied. The larger double bedroom has its own terrace with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The gardens contain a vineyard, fruit trees and organic freshly grown produce, which guests are welcome to use.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave, seating for dining and a separate utility area with washing machine. The large window has views to the garden and courtyard and outside seating is available in the courtyard area. The garden has many fruit trees, including cherry, apple, peach and orange. There are also strawberries and grapes from the small vineyard, herbs, spices and vegetables available fresh from the garden.
The tastefully decorated bathroom with corner bath, shower and heated towel rail is found on the lower floor of the lodge, supplied with clean towels and bath robes. The upper floor has a spacious shower room with hydro massaging shower unit.
A refundable damages deposit of £100.00 is required per booking, payable to the owner, this will be refunded on completion of your holiday and satisfactory condition of the holiday home.

Paradise Lodge in Southern Bulgaria is situated in the village of Nikaelovo Sliven, 140kms from Bourgas Airport. Transfers from the airport can be arranged with the property owner.
