Property Location: Beautifully landscaped site on a gently sloping hillside peacefully overlooking the splendour of Oxwich Bay. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, and surrounded by the magnificent Gower scenery.
Distance from town: 5 minutes walk to Oxwich village, which has a General Store/Off Licence/Café, a Craft and Gift shop/Tea Garden. Also 5 minutes walk, with a patio garden on the edge of the bay is the Oxwich Bay Hotel, which serves delightful meals and snacks all day.
Twenty minutes drive to the Victorian resort of Mumbles, and 30 minutes drive to Swansea city centre.
Area activities: Wonderful base for beach, walking, relaxing and sightseeing holidays around the beautiful Gower Peninsular. Horse riding, surfing, archery and golf all within 10 minutes drive.
Style of property: A light and airy modern two bedroom chalet, on a small holiday site of similar properties, furnished and equipped to Wales Tourist Board 3 Star standard.

Outside living areas: Sliding patio doors lead onto a patio with a table, chairs, parasol and trellis planters for privacy. There is a small garden in front of the patio, and communal large lawned areas where children can play safely.

From the M4 (Junction 42) take the A483 towards Swansea. Follow the Brown Tourist Signs for Gower, then South Gower on to the A4118. Continue on this road until you see the left turn for Oxwich, which is by a ruined looking castle lodge. Follow this small winding road (single track in places) to Oxwich crossroads, turn right, and you will see the entrance to Oxwich Leisure Park on you left (opposite the camping site entrance) after about 500 yards.
Once inside the grounds drive passed large white ‘Clubhouse’ and you will see the chalet, on your right after 50 yards, and the allocated parking, another five yards along, again on your right.
