Property Location: Nerea Durbin Apartment is located on the Orange Blossom Coast, in the town of Peniscola, where El Cid was filmed. The town has two beaches, one of which is seven miles long with a promenade running the full length. There are lots of restaurants, a speciality being fish and paella. The apartment has views of the sea to the left and the Sierra d'Ita mountains to the right. Peniscola remains a typical Spanish fishing village, undiscovered by many English tourists.
Distance from town: Seven minutes by car or a twenty minute walk along the coast road. There is a regular bus service in peak season. On site there is a small restaurant, shop, three swimming pools, one of which is a children's pool, and English speaking property managers living within the complex. Water sports available, bike hire, quads, scuba diving, boat trips can be booked in town.
Area activities: Long sandy beaches, coastal walks, historic towns, Water Park 1.5hrs drive from the property and a golf course only thirty minutes drive. A car is essential to fully enjoy all this lovely area has to offer.
