Llanelli is a coastal town in the county of Carmarthenshire, it is a twenty minute drive from the vibrant city of Swansea. Historically Llanelli was originally a mining and tinplate town. The most recent attraction is the new Machhynys Golf and Country Club, the Course being designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The nearby Millenium Coastal Path is thirteen miles of coastline from Loughor Estuary to Pembrey, where you can cycle or walk traffic free. Nearby Pembrey is a small town situated on the outskirts of Llanelli, it boasts a spectacular Country Park which consists of seven miles of golden beaches and forestry with over 500 acres of hidden paths and dunes. Cefn Sidan Beach situated within the Park has been awarded blue flag status. The Park hosts many events throughout the year along with many family activities, including concerts, sailing, surfing, and beach sports. The Welsh Botanical Gardens are only a fifteen minute drive away on the outskirts of the town of Crosshands.

The top floor of the apartment has been divided into a large, airy living space, with direct access onto two large balconies, which run parallel along the length of the living area. One balcony faces out to sea, while the other inland, both are equipped with quality wooden garden furniture and feature a mixture of chairs/loungers, a table and gas patio heater. The sea facing balcony also benefits from a gas barbecue. The property has a stunning designer fitted kitchen equipped with a full range of contemporary appliances including built in dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, electric hob and oven and fridge/freezer.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two doubles and a bunk room. All the bedrooms have coir woven carpets, bespoke wooden beds, freshly aired white linen sheets and duvets. The ensuite master bedroom has huge windows, private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The master and second double bedrooms also feature TV, hairdryer and radio/alarm clock. The bunk room has a TV and games console. Both the bathroom and ensuite incorporate sanitary ware of the highest standards, accentuated by chrome fittings and down lights. Both have a large drench head shower over the bath.
