Property Location: Mandria Villa is in a quiet Cypriot village, a ten minute walk from lovely secluded beaches. The property is only a ten minute drive from Paphos airport, fifteen minutes from the Paphos tourist area and only five minutes from two international standard golf courses.

Distance from town: Within the village there are two tavernas, a grocery store, local bank and a bakery.

Area activities: This property makes an ideal base for a relaxing holiday around the private swimming pool, or for visiting the island. There is golf, fishing and watersports all available nearby.

The Property

Mandria Villa in Cyprus is a wonderful luxury three bedroom, detached Villa with a private south facing outdoor swimming pool, situated in a prime position within a traditional Cypriot farming village. The property has lovely sea views from the rear and views of the Troodos foothills and mountains from the front.

This modern built Villa has well appointed accommodation throughout with the ground floor comprising of a large open plan living room and dining room, a well equipped kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. Two sets of large patio doors lead from the living room/dining room out onto the veranda, swimming pool and garden. On the first floor are three large double bedrooms, the master bedroom with an ensuite shower and toilet. There is also a further family bathroom upstairs. Both rear bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a first floor balcony which overlooks the sea.

Directions

To reach Mandria Villa in Cyprus from Paphos Airport turn left out of the airport and continue on this road for 4km to the T junction with B6. Turn right at the T junction, after 1km you will go over a motorway bridge, just past this bridge on the left you will see an EKO petrol garage, turn right opposite the garage into Mandria village. Stay on this road, through the village square to the T junction and turn left. Immediately on your right is a turning (ignore this) keep going straight for 400m, the road forks, take the right fork. Take the second turning on the left and then the last but one turning on left. Mandria Villa is on your right. Further details available from property owner upon confirmation of booking.
