Property Location: Los Olivos del Golfe is in a quiet location, adjacent to a golf course and only two minutes from Vilamoura Resort and Marina. Beaches are only ten minutes away and the property is only twenty minutes from Faro Airport.
Distance from town: Only 1km from the famous Vilamoura yacht marina and many other sporting and recreational activities. Vilamoura has a wide range of restaurants and lively night life, in addition to the beautiful sandy beaches all along the coast. A car is necessary to help you enjoy your stay here.
Area activities: Golf, sailing and sea sports, swimming, walking. Superb restaurants and beach cafes are also located close by.

Outlook & views: The fourth fairway of the championship Millennium course is located outside one terrace. The front terrace of the ground floor apartment overlooks the gardens and the shared pool area.
Principle rooms: The property has two twin bedrooms with superb ensuite bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. The bathrooms are complete with baths/showers and wcs, plus bidets. One bath has a whirlpool feature. Both bedrooms have French windows leading to the terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor with only a couple of steps to negotiate. There is a lift from the private car park in the basement. Unfortunately no children under six or pets are allowed at this property.
Outside living areas: All rooms, except the kitchen, lead to the terrace which is ideal for barbecues and relaxing. The gardens are well maintained, with a large central feature swimming pool which is floodlight till around midnight.
