Lord's House is located in the town of Samokov, Bulgaria which is situated 68km south east of Sofia, 40km east of Doupnitsa, 36km south west of Ihtiman, 37km west of Kostenets and 12km north west of Borovets Resort. Samokov is an attractive town with all amenities, close to beautiful coniferous forests.
Nearby Borovets is the largest mountain resort in Bulgaria. The 40km of pistes are spread over three sectors, two of which, Markoudjika and Yastrebets, are loosely linked. The third one is Baraki, accessed by several lifts.
Lord's House in Samokov, Bulgaria is a lovely spacious, two storey house to accommodate six guests. On the first floor is a cosy living room with widescreen television and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, all utensils and a dining table to comfortably seat six guests. There is also a spacious bathroom and wc on the ground floor.
On the second floor are four bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds and two single rooms, a small shower room with wc. Another lounge area on the second floor has a quality sofa bed, armchairs and cable television. The single rooms are accessed through the double bedrooms.
A damage deposit is required of 100.00 GBP, payable on the arrival date and fully refundable on departure, if no damages are made to the property.
