These attractive holiday apartments at Long Beach Resort & Club in Cyprus have all been refurbished in 2008 and will be available from March.
Situated about fifteen miles from Famagusta, which was originally founded as a small commercial port and fishing town. The golden sandy beaches of the region are well known throughout the world. The unspoiled beauty of the area and the delightful climate make swimming in the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean a tempting proposition.
The area surrounding Long Beach is an absolutely breathtaking trip through past civilizations. In nearby Salamis, Gothic churches sit beside crusader castles and ruined temples while sun bronzed visitors bask on beaches once home to Trojan warriors. Unspoiled by mass tourism, this enchanting land promises all its visitors an incredible experience.
The sea is safe for swimming, no sudden shelves and the depth increases slowly. The water is very clear and you can get quite a way out before it gets deep. Watersports are available locally.
There is a supermarket approximately five hundred metres from the Resort selling most essential things you will need.
The accommodation is made up of attractive, whitewashed, one and two bed roomed single storey, semi-detached villas, some having fantastic views across the beach and over the glistening Mediterranean sea, others overlook the fabulous outdoor pool or extensive well kept gardens.
One bed roomed accommodation (sleeps four) contains a double bed and a sofa bed in lounge comprising two single beds.
Two bed roomed accommodation (sleeps six) contains a double bed, twin beds and a sofa bed in lounge comprising two single beds.
The villas are decorated in traditional Cypriot style, with dark wooden furniture, wooden beams to ceiling and tiled floors. Remote control air conditioning units are fitted and exterior wooden shutters provide added coolness / darkness to lounge and bedrooms.
Sliding patio doors lead to a patio area with table and chairs.
The bedroom has fitted wardrobes incorporating shelved storage space, dressing table with mirror and light over plus stool.
The living / eating area contains a 3 piece suite, remote control TV, coffee tables, direct dial telephone, dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fitted base and wall units incorporating sink and drainer plus usual crockery, cutlery etc.
The bathroom comprises shower cubicle, w.c. and hand basin with electrical shaver point, mirror and light over.
Well stocked, maintained and landscaped gardens, hosting a variety of different fruit trees.

To reach Long Beach Resort a pickup can be arranged from both Ercan Airport in the North of the Island and Larnaca in the South; please contact the Resort to arrange this.
