Little Marshfoot is located at Hailsham, East Sussex, which is just off the A22 to Eastbourne.
If travelling south along the A22 you will reach a roundabout which has a Burger King and a Travelodge on it. This is called the Boship, although it isn’t marked as such, it is named after the hotel on the opposite side. Turn right there, still on the A22, and then take the first left marked Hailsham, (approx half a mile). After half a mile you will reach a mini roundabout, where you turn right. Keep on this road, straight through the town centre one way system. Keep in the left hand lane, and at the next mini roundabout continue straight on, keeping the HSBC bank on your left, Lloyds on the right. You should now be in Market Street, travelling past the market on your left. The road becomes Mill Road, keep going until the houses stop on your left at no 141. IMMEDIATELY turn left, it is marked as a public footpath, but is a farm track. In about 250 yards you will come to a wooden garage on the left with a parking area, this is the parking space for your accommodation, turn in here. Your accommodation is directly in front of you. Please collect the keys from the main house. Don't worry about the track, it is just grass in the centre. Further details available from property owner upon confirmation of booking.
