Property Location: In village of Leugny. Attached but separate from main house. River with fishing at edge of property. Easy access to chateaux, vineyards and Futuroscope.
Distance from town: Edge of village with bar/restaurant. 5km from nearest small town with supermarkets, bars, restaurants.
Area activities: Good for walking in nearby forests, exploring chateaux and vineyards, golf and horse riding nearby.
Style of property: 300 year old farm cottage with lots of beams etc. Many original features but with modern facilities.
