These superior holiday apartments on the Costa del Sol are known as Kingfisher Club at Benal Beach. They overlook the Marina and the sea at Benalmadena Costa, which is a large resort town just 16km from Malaga Airport. Benalmadena Costa is between Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Between them these three resort towns have an amazing choice of shopping, restaurants, bars and clubs. Excursions into the surrounding mountains and the historic Spanish towns of Granada and Ronda are popular.

The resort is built around its own water park and is located within the Benal Beach complex in the heart of Benalmadena Costa. The area is well known for its nearby Marina, as well as its night life and an abundance of bars and restaurants. There are golf courses and fishing in the vicinity, and daily excursions to the local sites of interest. The pools in Benal Beach are open all year round, although the water slides are in use during the summer months only. There is a charge for use of the Fitness Centre (which includes heated pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi and sunbeds) in Benal Beach discounts are given to Kingfisher guests. There is a charge for electricity of 20 Euros per week. Can hire a mini over for €10/week.

From the airport turn right and follow the Crta de Cadiz (N340). Bear left at the first set of traffic lights in order to bypass Torremolinos and continue on this road until you come to Benalmadena Costa. Pass the Hotel Riviera on your left-hand side and Hotel La Roca on your right, after which you will come to a roundabout with coloured windmills. Turn right here to go up the hill, then take the first left, just before the park. The entrance to Benal Beach is on the left and the Kingfisher Club Reception is found inside Benal Beach.
