Property Location: Green View Lodges in Cumbria are situated in a beautiful, rural north Lakeland hamlet. The pine lodges are in a garden setting, providing an excellent base for touring the Lake District and Scottish Borders.
Distance from town: The lodges are within easy travelling distance to Carlisle, Penrith and Keswick.
Area activities: The lodges are in a garden and orchard setting with private areas to relax and enjoy the rural tranquillity. Next door there is a superb pub serving great food.
Style of property: Green View Lodges at Welton in Cumbria are lovely Scandinavian style pine lodges.
Lodge 1: Double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge/diner with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The Lodge has leather lounge and dining furniture, a modern bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. The lodge has a small orchard, which provides a peaceful garden area.
Lodges 2 & 3: Sleep 6/7 guests in two double and one twin/triple room. Both lodges have two bathrooms. The lodges are equipped with digital television, a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with showers and heated towel rails and their own laundry facilities.
Lodge 4: Our newest lodge has just been completed for 2007. "Skiddaw" is our most luxurious lodge. It sleeps up to six people with one double bedroom, including ensuite with walk in shower and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have wall mounted TV/DVD systems. The lounge has comfortable leather furniture and a 37" LCD TV with Freeview. Externally there is a decking area, which enjoys the evening sunshine.
Outlook & views: Views towards the north Lakeland Fells, over unspoilt countryside.
Onsite there is a Leisure Suite with hot tub, which has the capacity for up to eight people, an infra red sauna for up to three people, digital television, DVD and sound system. This is the ultimate in entertainment and relaxation, please note: age restrictions do apply. Spa therapies and beauty treatments can be arranged with the visiting Therapist.

To reach Green View Lodges at Welton in Cumbria, leave the M6 motorway at Junction 41 and take the B5305 for ten miles, then take the B5299 signposted Welton for one mile. Green View Lodges are on the left as you enter the village, next door to the public house. Further details available from property owner upon confirmation of booking.
