The property is conveniently located within a fifteen minute drive of Alicante and both Benidorm and Torrevieja are just a forty minute drive away. Santa Pola is just a short drive away, once a small Roman fishing village, it has now become a thriving town and popular resort with a range of activities to suit all ages. Restaurants, bars and a local supermarket are within a five minute walk of the property. The Santa Pola, Gran Alacant area is fortunate in having many award winning European blue flag beaches along its coastline, one of which is just a short two minute drive from the property.

The property has good sized living and dining areas, which come complete with dining table, chairs and a bed settee. There is also a television and DVD player. There are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a single bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a twin bedroom with ample drawer units. The family bathroom comes complete with bath, wc, bidet, sink with mirror, plus overhead shower.
Outside, there is on street parking available, along with three communal outdoor swimming pools and lovely sea views.
