Florida Disney Villa is a beautiful villa set within the idyllic Calabay Parc, Tower Lakes gated community. The property is located just fifteen minutes drive from the Disney Theme Parks and all attractions: Disney World, Epcot and Kissimmee, MGM Studios, Sea world, Circus World, Wet n Wild and Daytona Beach and only two hours to the beaches of Tampa and St Petersburg. Kennedy Space Centre is also just forty minutes east of Orlando, you might even be in town for a shuttle launch. This villa is in a great location for the perfect family holiday.
Florida Disney Villa is a superb detached property with 1831 sq. ft. of accommodation. This lovely four bedroom, three bathroom property is fully equipped to accommodate eight guests comfortably. The photos of the property are taken from the exact same type of villa but there will be changes due to upgrades and modernisation.
The kitchen includes a grill, four ring stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The spacious living room can seat eight in comfort, as can the dining room.
The four bedrooms, to sleep a maximum of eight guests, include one room with an extra large double bed and a cot, the second bedroom with an extra large double bed, the third bedroom with two single beds and the fourth bedroom with twin beds. There are three bathrooms, each with a toilet, bath and shower. The bathrooms are beautifully appointed with quality fittings and extra large walk-in showers in the master suites. The master suites also have theatre mirrored lights. All have towels and hairdryers provided.
The property also boasts a lovely heated swimming pool, six berth hot tub, special pool lighting, spa area and a specially designed games room with pool table.
