Easter Cullachie Steading in Inverness-shire, Scotland is located close to Loch Garten with its famous Ospreys. This converted Steading nestles between the RSPB Abernethy Nature Reserve and the River Spey. It is an ideal base from which to walk, cycle, fish, wildlife or bird watch, explore, or simply relax and enjoy the superb panoramic views over the Spey Valley.
There are lots of activities to enjoy in the area including biking, with lots of scenic routes, walking paths and tracks through pine forests, along rivers and around tranquil lochs or higher level walks for the more experienced, numerous excellent 9 and 18 hole golf courses within a 15 mile radius and wildlife watching in one of the UK's richest wildlife areas. River and loch fishing with tuition and rod hire available locally, watersports at Loch Insh and Loch Morlich are both nearby, offering sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. Horse riding for both novice and experienced riders, with stables just a few miles away. Two local estates offer clay pigeon shooting with excellent tuition and equipment hire available.

Easter Cullachie Steading is excellent self catering accommodation between Boat of Garten and Nethybridge, Scotland within the magnificent Cairngorms National Park. The accommodation comprises of a ground floor entrance hall with wc and stairs to the upper floor. Dining room with table and chairs, plus a small dresser. The kitchen is fully fitted and extremely well equipped with breakfast bar, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a generous supply of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The kitchen leads to an adjacent small seating area with double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom with king size bed, ensuite shower room and wc on this level.
The lounge is on the upper floor, a large, comfortably furnished room including wood burning stove with a starter pack of fuel supplied, television, DVD player, CD Music Centre and various board games and jigsaws.
Outside and to the rear of The Steading is a large storage shed suitable for bikes, skis, and golf clubs etc, as well as a generous patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. The garden to the front of the property is partially decked and features a sunken pond, which has been made safe for small children. Dogs are not permitted and it is a no smoking property throughout.

Easter Cullachie Steading is situated in Inverness-shire, Scotland. Leave the A9, which is within seven miles, just north of Aviemore at the Garnish junction. Follow the A95 Grantown-on-Spey road until signposted Boat of Garten. Drive through the village, crossing the River Spey beside the Boat of Garten Golf Club and at the next âTâ junction, turn left on to the B970 Nethybridge road. Travel for approximately two miles and Easter Cullachie Steading is on the left hand side. Further details available from property owner upon confirmation of booking.
