Cumbrian Lakes Villa in Kissimmee, Florida is a wonderfully equipped detached Villa with a lovely lanai covered swimming pool.
The open plan living/dining area is fully air conditioned with vaulted ceilings. The main feature of the living room is a 42 inch wide screen plasma television with theatre surround system, which also has dvd and vhs capabilities to enjoy the extensive dvd film collection for all ages. There is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. The dining area has seating for six guests, all designed by a local interior designer. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American sized cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster and open plan breakfast bar. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The breakfast area has a table and seating for four.
The family room is fully air conditioned with ceiling fan and cable tv, dvd, vhs, Play Station 2 and a cd stereo radio music centre. There is a patio door which leads to the covered lanai.
There is also a fully equipped games room with a slate bed pool table, air hockey and football. Also supplied is a selection of board games including Monopoly, Battleships, Yahtzee, Connect Four, Scrabble, Chess, Draughts and Jenga.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with vaulted ceiling, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, remote tv/dvd with cable and a patio door to the lanai and swimming pool area. The master bathroom has twin basins, wc and a bath with a separate shower. The bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom houses a bath with toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 has two twin single beds, remote cable tv/dvd and is fully air conditioned. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, remote tv/dvd with cable, this is also fully air conditioned.
The covered lanai holds luxury patio furniture, a table, four chairs and two loungers, together with a ceiling fan. The 27ft swimming pool is fully heated, with a built in spa, which is ideal to relax in after a day walking around the parks. Pool heat is recommended in the winter months, at an extra cost.
