Collie Farmhouse is a splendid traditional Scottish farmhouse refurbished to a high standard, enjoying a peaceful location on the River Spey, Morayshire. It makes a fantastic base to explore the Malt Whisky and Castle Trails and enjoy the many sporting opportunities available in the area.
Within an area of natural beauty and scientific interest, Collie is ideal for large groups, whether seeking to simply escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life or looking to participate in all the activities that Scotland has to offer.
Local shops and amenities can be found in Rothes, Aberlour and Fochabers. There are supermarkets and larger shops in Elgin, just ten miles away. Here you will also find a range of attractions including a leisure centre, skating, bowling alley, karting, restaurants and a cathedral.

Collie Farmhouse in Moray, Scotland is located on the banks of the celebrated salmon River Spey on the Delfur estate. Collie has been refurbished to a high standard, providing accommodation for up to twelve guests. The property offers spacious and exceptionally comfortable accommodation spread over four floors, including study with tv and radio, drawing room, dining room with seating for ten, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, games room and rod room. The farmhouse has five twin bedrooms, one located in the attic, one double bedroom and four bathrooms, three of which have hand showers. This lovely property has been awarded four stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.
The property has extensive gardens and grounds for guests to enjoy. Dogs are welcome, although they should be housed in the kennels and not allowed in the house or rod room.

Collie Farmhouse is situated in the north east of Scotland in Moray, approximately four miles from the village of Rothes and ten miles from Elgin. From the A9 turn off towards Grantown-on-Spey and follow the A95 to Aberlour. Follow the A95 straight through Aberlour and continue along this road to Rothes. NB The A95 turns into the A941 as you pass Craigellachie - do not turn off towards Dufftown or Craigellachie. From the roundabout at the north end of the town of Rothes, turn onto the B9015, which is signposted to Orton and Mosstodloch. Follow this road for approximately four miles and turn off right onto the B9103, signposted to Keith, 600 yards down the road, before the bridge, take a right turn along the farm road.
