These superior holiday apartments at Club Parque Mesa del Mar at this quiet and relaxing low rise Resort are situated on the Northern Coast midway between Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. The area is known as the vineyard of Tenerife and has many lush colourful gardens. The climate is perfect year round. Breezes from the Atlantic Ocean keep the temperature down to a comfortable 30C in summer, whilst warm breezes from the Sahara desert keep the winter temperature at around 24C. The island’s mountainous northeast and northwest corners are lush, its southern shores parched and arid. Tenerife features a range of natural contrasts, the south being totally different, both visually and climatically, to the North. The South is hot, dry and arid and it’s where holidaymakers crowd onto beaches, like Playa de Las Américas and Los Cristianos. The North is green and lush, which, of course, means occasional rain.Teide rises above everything on Tenerife and indeed Spain. The volcanic scenery is out of this world and has been chosen as the backdrop to scenes in famous movies such as Star Wars, Planet of the Apes and the Ten Commandments. Volcanic cones are distributed randomly over the whole island's surface and contribute to the amazing landscape.
These luxurious holiday apartments are tastefully furnished in attractive traditional style. All apartments have a kitchen and most have wonderful sea views. All units are decorated with classical Castilian furniture, automatic dialling telephone with computerized cost recording. Colour TV with satellite programmes and movies from centralized DVD equipment. All units have central heating. There is a short flight of steps to Reception and a few steps up to most apartments. Please note that there are utility fees to pay at this Resort. November to the end of April €15 per week for a studio and 1 bedroom apartment. €20 for a 2 bedroom apartment. From May to the end of October €10 per week for all apartments. Please note there is a refundable security deposit payable upon arrival. The Resort offers transport to Puerto de la Cruz, which is a large and pleasant seaside town with a promenade, beach and some excellent restaurants. The Resort is arranged in terraces interspersed with gardens and has spectacular ocean views. You can book organised excursions on site. A taxi from Tenerife South airport takes about an hour and costs approximately 65 euro. A taxi from Tenerife North airport takes 20 minutes and costs approximately 15 euro.

To reach Club Parque Mesa del Mar in Tenerife from the Los Rodeos Airport take the motorway towards Santa Cruz. Take the exit 6-a-b signposted Conexion Autopista del Norte TF2. Follow signs for Puerto de la Cruz TF5, then take exit 19. Turn right, not the first, then right again into the town and left at the major junction down the hill and follow the road. After approximately 3 kms turn left, signposted to Parque Mesa Del Mar on the left. Go down the steep hill and follow the one way system, keeping to the left hand side. The Resort is on your right.
