The superior holiday cottages at Clowance Estate and Country Club are located in the landscaped gardens and woodland of the old manor house, set in the beautiful Cornish countryside. Clowance House, a manor house since the fourteenth century was home of the St. Aubyns for 500 years. In the eighteenth century, Sir John St. Aubyn, inspired by Capability Brown, transformed his ancestral estate into elegant parkland. Lakes and islands appeared to create the perfect vistas. Some of the nearby attractions include the spectacular Eden Project, The Flambards Experience, with its unique life-size Victorian Village, Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary, The South West Coast Path, Britain's longest National Trail, The National Seal Sanctuary, The National Maritime Museum, The National Museum of Gardening, Theme parks, steam railways, mines, castles and country houses and Cornwall's legendary gardens, all 78 of them. A car is advisable to fully explore all this wonderful area has to offer.

On site can also be found The Lakeview Brasserie, designed for informal meals and most nights of the week entertainment is available for you to enjoy as you dine. Caesars, a Mediterranean style restaurant, with a sophisticated Italian ambiance makes it perfect for special occasions and there is also a welcoming bar. There is a small user fee for some of the facilities on site, the Resort will be pleased to give further information on these. There is electricity to pay which is charged by the meter and payable at the end of the stay.

To reach Clowance Estate and Country Club in Cornwall from the M5 take the A30 to the Camborne West exit, the second Camborne exit. From there turn left at the first roundabout into Camborne, follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles to the first mini island and turn right, follow that road to the next mini island adjacent to the Police Station, turn right again signposted Praze-an-Beeble 2.5 miles. Follow the road through the village of Praze-an-Beeble and Clowance is half a mile along on the right hand side. Trains run from London Paddington and Birmingham New Street to Camborne. Taxis are available but a car is advisable.
