Property Location: Casa Sunflower is a luxury villa located on the edge of the Andalucia town of Coín in the heart of the Costa del Sol, only 15 mins. from Malaga Airport and 20 mins to the nearest beach.
Distance from town: 2 mins. away is the new La Trocha Shopping complex, with designer shops, restaurants, bars, cinema and bowling.
Marbella is 20 mins. and Malaga only 15mins. drive away.
Area activities: Costa del Golf is home to many championship courses, most are only a short drive from our villa.
Nearby you can enjoy horse riding, water parks, skiing, surfing.
Sightseeing: Ronda, Seville, Granada, Picasso in Malaga, Cordoba, Gibraltar & Morocco for a day trip.

The lounge is fully equipped with wide screen TV, DVD, Sky TV.
There is a double sofa bed for two people and a further two fold away beds can be provided on request.
Pool House Apartment
There is a further one bedroom Pool apartment available as an optional extra. This forms part of the Basement area and leads out on to a private terrace at the pool side. The accommodation has a Lounge, 1 bedroom with En-suite bathroom. There is a Sofa in the lounge and Twin beds for the bedroom. The apartment is available at an additional 150 Euro per week for any season.
Malaga - 20 mins.
From Malaga, follow the road to Coin. As you approach the town head for the La Trocha Shopping Complex. Casa Sunflower is nearby.
