Casa Paradiso Secreto is a fantastic property set on a large private detached plot, in a quiet location, close to the heart of the popular destination of Moraira, on Spain's glorious Costa Blanca. The blue flag beaches, and fantastic selection of shops and restaurants of this resort are only a five minute drive away from the house. The closest bar, restaurant, and shop being only two minutes walk from the house.
Distance from town: Moraira has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character.
Area activities: There are many places of interest including the coastal resorts of Javea, Calpe, Denia, Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante, there is also the spectacular scenery to see inland, including the wonderful mountain top fortress of Guadalest.
Casa Paradiso Secreto in Spain is a wonderful seven bedroom Villa, to accommodate up to thirteen guests. Set on a large private detached plot, Casa Paradiso is located in a quiet location close to the heart of the popular destination of Moraira, on Spain’s Glorious Costa Blanca.
The Casa is a traditional Spanish finca that has been fully restored and modernised, yet the owners have retained all of the charm of a bygone Iberian home, the Villa is totally enclosed, therefore making it perfect for the safety of children. With many luxurious amenities, to the rear of the property is a large private and enclosed garden area, which is host to a vast array of palm trees. There is an outdoor shower and BBQ areas, palm covered private outdoor heated massage Jacuzzi spa, large open terraces to the upper and lower accommodation, sun beds and seating for up to fourteen guests, and many sun blinds and canopies. Also for those sun worshippers, a large open roof terrace accessed directly from inside the house, offering the best views, and ultimate peace, this level is kitted out as an outdoor gymnasium.
To the front elevation of the property, there are large, floodlit Italian style gardens with tropical fauna, and private off road parking for up to three vehicles, with easy wheelchair access to accommodation at this level.
The accommodation is set over two levels, there being a total of seven bedrooms, the house can accommodate thirteen guests, or two large families. The house also has two lounges, and two bath/shower rooms.
To the large open plan lounge there is a large screen television, with English satellite coverage, dvd/cd player, with surround sound, and super large comfortable sofas, the lounge also has full hot and cold air conditioning. This level enjoys a large terrace from the lounge, which can be fully covered by sun blinds, to the side of the house is a further terrace with a large table with seating for four guests, Caribbean style cabana with outdoor bar, and full size pool table.
On the lower level, there is a large four bedroomed separate unit, with bathroom, two large rooms with double beds, 1 room with a bunk bed unit, and one bedroom with twin single beds. This unit has a separate lounge, with English satellite TV and DVD player. This unit is equipped to the same high standard as the upper floors, with all kitchen amenities, fine furnishings and air conditioning to all rooms.
A welcome pack is available for all guest upon arrival and the owner can also arrange cots, high chairs, airport transfers and car hire. This stunning property also has a fully equipped private children's play area.
