Casa Dos Palmeras is located in Calpe on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Calpe has dozens of art galleries, antique shops and tiny craft shops. For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more all just a few kilometres away. Nearby are the attractions of Mundomar Sea World, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park, or visit Ibiza from the port at Denia. Not far from Calpe you will find the villages of Altea and Moraira, each with its own unique character. Calpe has some of the best beaches, funfairs for children and a vast range of shopping arcades, a town of near perfect combination of romantic village together with sun and beach. The blue flag beaches, and fantastic selection of shops and restaurants are only a five minute drive away from the house or may be walked to in under fifteen minutes.
Casa Dos Palmeras is a stunning six bedroomed Villa to accommodate fourteen guests, it has been wonderfully restored and modernised and is set on a large private detached plot. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location close to the popular destination of Calpe, on Spain’s glorious Costa Blanca.
The property boasts many luxurious amenities. To the rear is a large private and enclosed garden area, which is host to orange and lemon trees, palm trees and a large private floodlit swimming pool, a ten person, touch control heated massage Jacuzzi spa with integrated cd player, and floodlights, outdoor shower and BBQ areas. There are large open terraces to the upper and lower accommodation with sun beds and seating for up to sixteen people, with many sun blinds and canopies. To the front of the property, there are large, floodlit Italian style gardens with tropical fauna, and private off road parking for up to four vehicles.
The accommodation is set over two levels with a total of six bedrooms, which can accommodate fourteen guests, or two large families. The house also has two kitchens, two lounges, two complete bathrooms, and two ensuite shower rooms. To the upper level there is a fully self contained two bedroomed unit, with one king size room, full hot and cold air conditioning, and one room with one set of bunk beds and one single bed, also with full hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fan, a full shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge there is a large screen satellite television, dvd/cd player, large log burning stove, super large comfortable sofas, full hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The upper level enjoys a large terrace off the kitchen, with sun blinds, seating for eight guests with outdoor terrace heater. Steps lead down to the lower ground level. On the ground level, there is another two bedroomed separate unit with full bathroom, large king size room and smaller bedroom with bunk bed. This unit has a separate kitchen and diner, lounge with sky satellite TV and DVD player, ceiling fans in the lounge and air conditioning in the bedroom. This unit is also equipped to the same high standard as the upper floors with all kitchen amenities and fine furnishings. To the side of the house, again on the lower ground floor there are two further bedrooms, both ensuite, offering double sized beds, and these rooms, again have been decorated and equipped to the highest standards, both having hot and cold air conditioning.
A welcome pack is provided for guests upon arrival. The house also has an iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. The owner is personally on hand to assist with your holiday and can arrange car hire, personal airport collection, maid cleaning and babysitting services as required. They will also advise on local restaurants and places of interest to visit. Small pets may be considered, on approval by the owners.
