Casa Alison is located near Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, Spain, Torrevieja having preserved its unique Spanish character and charm. The villa is a five minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and lovely beaches. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular service to the town centre and the six blue flag beaches, so car hire is not essential but recommended to appreciate all the amenities and beaches in the area. The property is just a two minute walk to many local restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and amenities. Torrevieja town is 0.5 kms away with a large shopping centre and sports complex.
Nearby activities include tennis, swimming, football, water sports, a water park, horse riding and fishing. The area is also great for bird watching holidays. There is good night life and shopping close by and the property makes an ideal base for both cycling and walking holidays. Lovely golf courses are only a short drive away and there are many facilities within walking distance.

There are board games, books and beach items at the property for guests to enjoy. Ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms.
The Villa has a large solarium and a sun terrace with patio furniture. On site is a super large communal outdoor swimming pool, which is available during the summer months. There is also a tennis court, five a side football pitch and basketball court for guests to use.
Rental prices are for 4 people. An additonal charge applies for a 5th Person. £7.50 per night.
