The superior holiday cottages near Newquay in Cornwall are situated with many charms within easy reach of the Resort. The golden sands and tiny coves of the North Cornwall coast are less than six miles away. Ten miles southwest is the cathedral city of Truro, where you can browse amongst antiques shops, tea rooms and Georgian terraces. St. Austell is less than 30 miles drive away. The perfect place for a quiet family holiday, there are numerous walks and beauty spots to visit. On the coast there is shark fishing, surfing and spectacular cliff top walks. Horse riding is available within ten miles of the Resort.
The superior holiday cottages are built on two floors, with a compact living area, and are carpeted and centrally heated. All units have a fully fitted kitchen, with double oven and hob. Colour television and telephone are also provided. There is a laundry room on site with washers, dryers, iron and ironing board. Also on site is a five hole, par 3 golf course. The country cottages are built around the central courtyard of a 17th century farmhouse, set amidst meadows and woodland. In the old farmhouse there is an Olde World style restaurant, which retains the charm and authenticity of the original building, whilst providing bar snacks and a la carte meals. There is also a bar and pool table, also outside the restaurant there is a barbecue area.

To reach Carvynick Cottages near Newquay in Cornwall, from Bristol take the M5 south to junction 31, signposted A30. Stay on the A30 until you reach the sign for Summercourt. Take the slip road into the village until you reach the traffic lights. Turn right towards Newquay and the Resort is approximately a quarter of a mile on the left hand side.
