Mavikent Golf Town House in Turkey is located near the town centre of Kadriye, which is a ten minute walk away and Belek is a twenty five minute walk, both taxis and buses are available from the end of the road. You can reach the sea in around fifteen minutes.
The beach has numerous activities with beach bars, jet skiing and parasailing or paragliding near the mountains. Also available nearby are jeep safaris, white water rafting and horse riding. There is a disco in Belek, plus two new open air discos, one on Belek beach the other on Kadriye beach.
The area now has fourteen different golf courses
There are seven golf courses all within a five minute drive of the house and within the next two years there are plans to build five more, the closest one being within a few hundred yards of the house.
The area is renowned for it’s wildlife and different species of birds, tortoises and turtles can often be seen walking across the road.
Mavikent Golf Town House in Kadriye in Turkey is a lovely air conditioned, two bed roomed villa to accommodate eight guests with a communal outdoor swimming pool, which is open June to September.
The property is an end town house over three floors. On the ground floor the villa is open plan incorporating a living room and kitchen plus a small toilet. The first floor has a bathroom and the bedrooms, on the upper floor is a terrace the full length of the villa. In total the villa has five terraces including the roof terrace, and is surrounded by a garden on three sides. The Villa has two bedrooms, one double, one with bunk beds and two double sofa beds. The lounge area has satellite television, a music system with cd player and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker and all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
The Villa is in a quiet area with access to a lovely shared outdoor swimming pool, garden, patio area, balcony, panoramic interesting views and a barbeque. There is private parking with outside external lighting. The property also has a roof terrace complete with hammock.

Mavikent Golf Town House is situated near Kadriye in Turkey just 30km from Antalya Airport. The owner can arrange return transfers for around £50 for up to eight people and their luggage. Further details available from property owner upon confirmation of booking.
