Close to the apartment you will find a beach, fishing, shopping areas, a restaurant and a food shop. Within easy reach of the apartment you will find walking, golf and scuba diving. Available nearby are whale and dolphin cruises, spectacular Mount Teide National Park, Loro Parque Wildlife Park and Playa de la Arena blue flag beach.

The apartment has been finished to a high standard with tasteful furnishings throughout. Being on the ground floor, it boasts a large terrace overlooking the child friendly outdoor swimming pools.
The main bedroom with a kingsize bed has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both are beautifully furnished with side tables and lamps, leading onto the large terrace. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and basin with full width marble top and mirror. The second bathroom is fitted with walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and microwave. There is also cookware, utensils and crockery for six people. The lounge with television and dvd player is furnished with a large comfy sofabed to sleep two guests and leads to a large terrace with dining table and chairs.
