To reach Arkadia Die Familien Residenz from Klagenfurt airport take motorway E14 in the direction of Salzburg. Exit at junction Warmbad-Villach. After the 30Km speed limit sign, you will see a turn off on the left for Villacher Alpenstrasse. Take the first left, across the street onto the one-way system. On the left hand side you will see "Die Familien Residenz". BY RAIL: train to Villach Station, then bus to the Resort. A shuttle service from Thermen is available for a fee.
