A10 Irini Gardens is located in Peyia, near Paphos, Cyprus. Peyia is a large village about two miles from the coast at Coral Bay, some eight miles west of historic Paphos. It has some excellent restaurants, and others can be found in Coral Bay. The village also has good supermarkets and a high quality take-away delicatessen.
Coral Bay is the nearest resort area, but Peyia is equally convenient for the coast road along the Akamas Peninsula to secluded beaches, sea caves, beautiful Agios Georgios, Paphos Zoo and Lara, home to a protected colony of rare turtles. It is only a ten minute drive to Paphos and Kato Paphos, where the historic Tombs of the Kings are located. Peyia is also conveniently placed for the Troodos Mountains to the north east and Polis and Latchi on the north coast. Although the coast is just within walking distance, a car is recommended during your visit to fully explore all this lovely area has to offer.
Irini Gardens in Cyprus is a newly constructed complex of 31 homes set around their own outdoor swimming pool, on the outskirts of Peyia, near Paphos.
A10 offers luxurious and spacious accommodation for four guests. The house has a large lounge/dining area opening onto an extensive patio and garden, kitchen, downstairs w/c, main bathroom and two bedrooms. It is fully air-conditioned. A complementary welcome pack is provided and there is a linen change weekly. While guests are welcome to smoke on the patio, there is a no smoking policy indoors.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, w/c and large lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, full oven and hotplates, microwave, cafetiere, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Other kitchen and household implements, such as iron and ironing board, are also provided. The lounge is fully furnished, with a DVD, a three seater settee, coffee table, and three easy chairs. The dining area has a large glass table and chairs. The beautiful ironwork furniture, handmade by a local craftsman, is a feature of the house, as are pictures by the famed Greek photographer Georges Meis. There is a large air-conditioning unit in the lounge. This, along with a halogen fire, also serves as a heater in winter.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the south facing patio and small garden, adjoining the beautiful landscaped communal gardens and large outdoor swimming pool. Garden furniture is provided for the patio and sun beds are available around the pool.
A marble staircase leads from the hallway to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with wall-to-wall glass-screened double shower cubicle.
The large main bedroom, with queen sized bed and built-in wardrobes, has a separate balcony, facing over the swimming pool, with sea views. The balcony is south facing. Two chairs and a table are provided so that you can fully enjoy the early morning sun and evening views of the sun setting over the sea. The second bedroom has two 3’ beds and ample wardrobes, and offers mountain views. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning and feature iron beds and units. A hairdryer is included.
