12 Perran View is situated at The Perran View Holiday Village in the hamlet of Trevellas, midway between the seaside resorts of Perranporth and St. Agnes in Cornwall. Packed with entertainment at Easter and from Whitsun to October makes this a great family holiday village with so much to do and so much to offer with fun, excitement and entertainment at the top of the list. St Agnes has a beautiful beach with wonderful cliff walks and an abundance of plant and bird life. The village has shops, public houses and restaurants and its own pottery/craft workshop. Perranporth is well known for its three miles of golden sands and golf course. Newquay with its famous surfing beach and exciting night life is a nine mile drive. The Cathedral City of Truro with excellent shopping is a twenty minute drive.
12 Perran View in Cornwall is a three bed roomed holiday home, furnished and decorated to a good standard. The front entrance brings you into the lounge area with a colour television, video and three piece suite. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, cooker, fridge/freeze, iron and ironing board, a pine dining table and six chairs. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed with ensuite. Bedroom two has twin 3ft beds. Bedroom three is downstairs and also has twin 3ft beds. The bathroom has a bath, wc and wash hand basin. There are portable electric heaters in the property. Outside there is a lawned area with plenty of space and ample parking nearby. Please note that there is a £50 refundable security deposit required, this should be paid direct to the owner before arrival.
Newquay.
You can fly on an internal flight from Heathrow. From Newquay Airport take the A3059 to Newquay and continue on the A3075. Turn onto the B3285 in the direction of Perranporth. Once in Perranporth take the road signposted St Agnes. The Resort is situated in Trevellas. Follow the main road through Trevellas, in the direction of St Agnes. The Resort is signposted to the right. Turn left within a short distance. There is a bus from Newquay every two hours or take a train to Truro and then a taxi to the Resort.
